PERSONALISING YOUR CARD

Is this a physical card or a digital product?

This is a physical, printed greeting card.

If you add a custom QR code, the recipient can scan it when they receive the card to open your chosen digital content.

How do I personalise my card?

Select the ‘Card + Custom QR Code’ option and paste the link to your chosen song, playlist or other digital content.

A unique QR code sticker will be placed inside the card, with a prompt to scan. When the recipient scans the code, your chosen link will open on their phone.

Please ensure that your link works before completing your order.

What can I link to the QR code?

You can link to most online content, including:

  • Songs or playlists
  • Audio files
  • Photos or videos
  • PDFs or documents
  • Tickets
  • Event or calendar links

Before ordering, make sure your link is active and that the recipient has permission to view it. Private, restricted or expired links may not open correctly.

How does the QR code work for the recipient?

The recipient scans the QR code inside the card using their phone camera.  Your chosen link will open in their browser or the relevant app. 

For a smooth experience:
Make sure the recipient has the viewing permission required to access the content.

The QR code will not expire, but it will only continue working while the linked content remains active and accessible.

When will my card be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Saturday are usually processed and dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12pm on Saturday, on Sundays or bank holidays will usually be dispatched the next working day.
